Claudia Campos Lopez, LPC


I earned my Master's Degree in Counseling at Arizona State University. I am a licensed professional counselor who specializes in working with adolescents, adults and hispanic community. I also am a certified trauma therapist and provide a safe, nonjudgmental approach that foster encouragement that promotes change. I utilize evidence-based treatment to help you achieve your potential and help you to become the person you were called to be.

I provide a multicultural lens that allows you to express yourself through your cultural beliefs without judgment. I am bilingual and can provide therapy in Spanish.

I respect each client's values and beliefs. My Christian belief and understanding of the dignity of the human person is foundational to my counseling practice. I am able to provide a safe space to talk while not compromising your religious beliefs. I am passionate about helping others and meeting them where they are in their process of healing.

CBT stresses the role of thinking in how we feel and what we do. I will assist you in identifying, testing the reality of, and correcting dysfunctional beliefs underlying your thinking.
I will help you modify those thoughts and the behaviors that flow from them

Dry Plants

EMDR is an information processing therapy that helps you cope with trauma, addictions, and phobias. During this treatment, you will focuses on a specific thought, image, emotion, or sensation while simultaneously watching the therapist's finger or baton move in front of his or her eyes. It's like being on a train; an emotion or a thought may come up and you will let it pass as though you were looking out the window of the moving train.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy

The therapy combines elements of CBT to help with regulating emotion through distress tolerance and mindfulness. The goal of DBT is to alleviate the intense emotional pain by providing coping skills.




Sandtray Therapy establishes a safe and protected space, where the complexities of the your inner world can be explored. You will place miniature figurines in a small sandbox to express confusing feelings and inner experiences. This creates a visual representation of the your thoughts and feelings and can reveal unconscious concerns that are inaccessible.
